I have this working locally, created a Twitter account for testing and shot off a handful of tests. https://twitter.com/CutePetsMiami this Twitter account may not end up being what we use, for now it is just for testing.

The photos returned from PetHarbor are low resolution and appear pixelated. Need to see if this is an issue with PetHarbor or the pictures provided to them.
